<p>Yes. You’re coming from the airport so at best you’ll have a few suitcases and maybe some other stuff that you checked. It’ll be no problem to grab a cart and haul all your stuff to your room–even if it is after the official move in hours. Lived at penn for years (undergrad and grad) and I don’t even know what the official move in hours are–because everything runs on a college student schedule so people move in and out at all hours with no hassles; you should see what move out looks like–kids hauling their stuff out at 1 am the night after their last final. </p>
<p>The only thing that I can think of that would be a hassle outside of the official move in hours would be a car–because you would have to follow parking rules and would not necessarily be allowed to leave your car someplace convenient. But if you’re flying, that shouldn’t matter to you.</p>
