<p>The front desk will be staffed at 9 pm on move-in day–with students or perhaps full time employees on overtime for that day, these people will be able to give you the keys. 9 pm is really early in the college world. I believe most, if not all, front desks are staffed 24 hrs (that’s not to say that the guard would be allowed to give you your keys at 2 am–but as long as the staff is a student/regular employee, which is should be until at least 11 pm or so, you’re fine).</p>
