<p>Kelly, considering that DC has already had seven 100+ degree days this summer (including today), I think we might be in luck this year and not have the hottest day of the year. Of course, last year there was an earthquake & a hurricane right around move-in day, so hopefully things will be less eventful this year. I agree that Mr. Moody’s presentation was quite interesting, and I also can’t believe that we will be there a month from today.</p>
