Must I submit test results for all tests if school requires only two but wants to see "all scores"

For the current list of colleges that have an all scores rule and what the rule means, see my last two posts in this thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-act-tests-test-preparation/1912440-must-you-submit-all-sat-act-or-sat-subject-test-scores-p5.html

And when a college refers to all scores, it means all tests not just all section scores from a single test. It is, in fact, impossible to have SAT or ACT send only some section scores from a single test because they will send only the entire test and all its section scores, so it would be pointlessly redundant for a college to create a rule that says you must submit all section scores of a single test because that is the only way you can send a test’s scores.
