UCLA accepts Junior level transfers with a minimum 60 semester/90 quarter units. You need to have your GE’s and major prep completed for transfer. UCLA will not look at your HS transcripts or test scores only what you have accomplished at your CC and especially your UC transferable GPA. Since you are OOS, you also have the lowest priority when it comes to transfers. Here is the transfer priority heirachy: CA CCC then UC to UC and CSU to UC, CA 4 year university (privates) then OOS.
What is your intended major? You need to look up the required transfer classes needed for your major.
