Whether need blind or need aware, at the end of the day the question is whether you can afford any of them if you do get an offer. As far as I know Grinnell and Kenyon are the only ones on that list that promise to meet need for international students.
Have you looked at the prices and potential financial aid for each of the colleges on your list? for example, there is nearly zero chance of University of Colorado- Boulder giving you financial aid, so do you have $60K+ / per annum? if not, it doesn’t matter if they accept you- you won’t be able to attend.
