You need a good explanation for the W’s. I successfully transferred to Berkeley with a semester full of W’s, but I had a medical withdrawal that explained it.
My bf and several of his friends in CC successfully transferred for engineering and physics last year. Their GPA’s were higher than yours (3.85 was the lowest one, going up to 4.0). I think you are in the running, but there are no guarantees in life.
