my chances for UCB statistics

@reygun I thought I had read something about W’s not mattering for the UC’s on one of their websites, but I can’t find anything on my phone mentioning how they handle W’s at all. I’ll get back to you if I find a source.

Look at the people admitted on the old admission threads - there were plenty of people admitted with tons of W’s (>10), which leads me to believe that a massive amount of W’s will not negatively affect an application. Also, bearing the holistic admissions process in mind, they understand that one may have a W for any number of reasons. I would like a more definitive answer, so maybe I’ll shoot them an email, or drop by the transfer center.

(I found something on SBCC’s website, I think, that mentioned how UC’s/CSU’s don’t care about W’s at all, but of course that isn’t an authoritative source.)
