34-Composite, 36 in Math and Science (Does this even matter???)

it will not be considered at HMC

what is your rank, what kind of school do you go to, and what is your gpa?

In the sterile envornment of CC, numbers are the quickest method to respond to such a question. And, numbers do make jobs in admissions much easier. And, any standardized number which is deemed fair in interpretting and measuring a student’s performance is also considered.

ACT is respected for being fair in interpretting or measuring HS students. Although the others are correct to point out that ACT is not the test that MUDD requires, scores such as your own deliver a very positive statement about your academic capabilities. You basically did better.

Your 2050 in the SAT is a great 95th percentile.
Your 34 in the ACT is 99th percentile.

In the Collegeboard’s web page, they compare the 34 ACT to a 1510-1550 (old 2-test score) Go to:

You have nothing to lose with it. And, it tells me that you may opt to take the SAT again as you have room for improvement – hopefully you can get the SAT score attributable to your ACT score.

Good luck.
