<p>Well, being an URM definitely helps. We don’t have many African Americans (in my class of ~180 people we have one half black guy, and then a guy from Ghana, and a girl from Jamaica, so depending on how you look at it, we have 1-3 “black” '10ers). If you’re an African American your chances will be significantly higher. I know that we have some Hispanic students, so it wouldn’t be as much of a boost if you’re Hispanic, but it will still help. And I’m not really sure about how many Native Americans we have to be honest.</p>
