<p>In D’s case, her friend group and her friend group at the end of freshman year are completely different. If she were to have chosen her living arrangements at the end of freshman year, she would never have met the people who mean the world to her today. D is definitely neither rich nor preppy and she has had the most amazing three years. She is pretty conservative and says that she never feels pressured to do ANYTHING she doesn’t want to. When she signed up for her senior seminar a couple of weeks ago, she called me crying that she has only a year left at Yale! (yes, she is overly dramatic)</p>
