<p>I would say a 3.25 at MINIMUM but you would only really get accepted if you had a rigorous courseload and good SAT/ACT scores to balance it out. To be on par with acceptances you should be at 3.5+</p>

3.5-3.74: 16%
3.25-3.49: 10%
