We don’t know the whole story. For all we know…this kid is applying to a college that doesn’t meet full need, and is unaffordable anyway.
We are hearing one side of this from a student. There could be any number of other reasons why this parent won’t give the info to the student to complete the Profile.
The parent DID give the student info to complete the fafsa.
