<p>This was assault and I am sure he broke many rules signed in the housing contract. There are rules about the amount of people that can be in a room due to fire codes, not to mention the alcohol. I am hoping you photographed the condition of the room and I would contact not only the RA, the RA Director and the housing office, and maybe the Police Department.</p>
<p>This is absolutely an unacceptable situation.</p>
