<p>I believe you will need to resubmit an application- minus the DoDMERB, which is good for 2 years- the rest has to be resubmitted, unless you are 1. already at NAPS or 2. are a foundation-sponsored candidate. </p>

<p>ps… what I would suggest is making note on your new application that you were “selected” for NAPS but placed on waitlist…</p>
<p>obviously there is something they like…so reminding them of that is, IMO, a good thing!</p>
