Never give up. I have been told it was impossible to do many things in my life that I actually was able to achieve. I have been on a Who wants to be a Millionaire(made a few bucks), Met the President of the United States(twice), Had my own radio talk show, owned 2 businesses. Had 4 great kids, met more celebrities(Halle Berry, Tom Cruise, Demi Moore…add 24 others) trained myself and worked my way up the ladder to be an Executive Chef for one of the largest restaurant companies in the country. And much more. This is not to brag (well just a little) but I never said never if there was even a remote possibility to achieve what I was after. All of this and I never finished High School. I got my GED in the Navy and the rest was just plain old hard work and stick to my guns. The Moral of the Story is IF YOU WANT IT GO GET IT!!
Find Out what did not work in your application, improve on those items and go for it again. Hell if I believed my high school counselor said I would still be pumping gas at the Shell station. Get involved and be a person of your word. Make your own opportunities. Keep asking and you will eventually recieve.
Do a random act of kindness for a complete stranger. I firmly believe that what goes around comes around.
