Considering that most of your list appears just as reachy, you may want to still apply to the UCs, but include the less selective ones as well.

Michigan seems to fit the bill.
You need to find some solid matches and safeties. Consider adding Riverside and Santa Cruz to your UCs. Check out some Cal States: San Jose, Chico and Long Beach come to mind. Arizona, Western Washington and Washington State are also worth considering.
