Picture: It has to be less than 5x5", and less than I think 74 kb. Look at the picture file you’re trying to upload (right click it and select “Properties”) to check that.

Grading system: If you mean for GPA, it’s on a link off the GPA calculation part of the app. Otherwise, you tell them what your school’s grading system is.

yeahhh i can submit it now

it wasn’t working yesterday tho :(

Where are your first choices?

I’m only ranking Rice!

Omg i can’t even be bothered think about ranks right now…i just have to submit this sometime between now and after school tomorrow and then I’ll be ready to rank lolz…

hahahah right

good luck on the process

I’m going to Zzzzz T_T

askldfjalsk my essays are so bad I am not going to get into any colleges =[

Sumbitteddddd!!!

How gutsy is it to turn one essay into a poem? ponder

Very gutsy, but should definately catch their eye. Anything that can make an applicant stand out from the rest of the crowd is a good thing, IMO.

GA2012MOM: It’s hard to convey being an artist in the Questbridge app; the process for submitting a portfolio doesn’t happen until finalists are selected. Daughter wrote an experience essay that was full of very vivid, poetic imagery – it just begs to be a poem, not an essay. Her essay work ground to a halt while she struggled to make it more “essay-shaped”, but it is much stronger now that she’s let it become more “poem-shaped”.

This is the final frontier everyone. I’m submitting mine around 12:30 PM…today. 12 more hours. Gah. This is it. I’d say I’m 90% complete, aside from faxing transcript and test scores and stuff. But I have everything so we’re good.

AAHHH I’m almost done. Just have to have my Econ and English teachers read over one of my essays and then I’ll be golden!

It looks like server capacity was upgraded overnight.

Best wishes to all of you applicants.

ahh I fell asleep =[
time to redo that third essay before school starts, and show it to my teachers…good luck all hope we all make it before the deadline.

Just letting you know that the site is running beautifully right now.

Yea I know! =]
Do you guys know if there is any point to putting Questbridge College Prep Scholar on my awards/honors? Don’t they already know that? I kinda want to put something else down…

I had the same problem, but its a quick fix. Make sure the picture isnt too long or too wide. Crop it so its kind of square ( this seemed to help when the picture I tried to upload was very long). Finally, right click on the picture and click on “Properties”. Make sure its no more than 500KB. Hope this helps ! :)

Whoops, I didn’t realize the question was already answered, haha.

I have a question thoughhh!!

I have my application completed and ready to go, but I’m just waiting on my brother and his girlfriend to make sure my essays are grammatically correct.

Not that I can really go back in time, but submitting the app today instead of an earlier date going to affect my chances of becoming a finalist/match recipient?

Wow I leave for a few days and there are like 8 billion new posts!

Anyway I have a question!

I look at my test-scores-fax and the numbers are slightlyyyy unclear but I guess the numbers are debatable at worse. should I have them refaxed? I could print the page without backgrounds and that would make it clearer and I could quickly go back to the counseling office…

ALSO! My school profile fax doesn’t have “VIEW” and “DELETE” next to it. is this normal??? I feel like it didn’t fax properly or something. should I be able to see it?

AHHH almost doneeee

My counselor faxed her letter of recommendation as well as my transcript yesterday, but it still hasn’t shown up. Should I be worried? What if it doesn’t show up by tonight midnight?!

Your school profile should not have a choice to view or delete it. Only your counselor can do that.
