Sooo are secondary school report and School Profile the same things?

how do you call QB without getting voicemail?

I’m glad that the site is working, and not lagging or anything =]

@natim: dial. press 0 before the menu is over, if the machine gets it, repeat as fast as you can. I did that about 15 times before a rep got it.

Does QuestBridge automatically cut of the top cover sheet of the recommendation? My teacher faxed in 6 pages including the two sheets that have the barcode on the top, but the received fax says 5 pages.

Can we resubmit our application, if we found an error? What if we resubmit too many times?

you can’t resubmit. you can edit it after you submit it, until the application closes.

One question : did everybody get an email from QB confirming that they received your recommendation?

powerbomb:no i didnt. are we supposed to?

Powerbomb: Are you saying that it’s okay to repress the submit button? Because I pressed it several times, and I’m not sure if that’s okay or not

I don’t know… I just randomly got one.

Narusakuu, it’s okay if you pressed the submit button multiple times. Technically, it’s not submitted yet - it gets submitted when the application closes. Until then, no matter how many times you submit, nothing happens.

Phew, thank you!

By the way, are teachers still able to log on to the recommendation website even if they are one day late?

hmm… I’m starting to second-guess myself. I’m afraid I might not even make finalist.

What’s the average SAT/AP score among QB applicants?

^AP doesn’t matter. The average SAT score is pretty low actually…below 2000 I think.
Gah I’m trying to make this last essay better…

why wouldn’t AP scores matter?

Well they don’t really mean much…I mean QB doesn’t even require AP score reports to be sent. I put National AP Scholar on my awards section though.

@powerbomb: They don’t give out average AP scores because many schools don’t offer a billion APs…so it makes it fair to people who attend those schools.

And the average SAT score is 1940

guys, i got a 70 on my BC Calc test…devastated… :(

Although it’s 1361 without the writing…which means that I’m screwed over for a school like UChic cause they wont see my 800. LAMEEEE
