From all info that is available, your SI will qualify you for NMSF (in any state). There is an ongoing discussion here:
There are some kids who haven’t heard anything yet. Some schools misunderstand the media ban/sequester as meaning they cannot tell the kids who are NMSF. Other schools tell those kids. Media announcement is September 14th so you should know something for sure by that date.
