<p>This makes NO SENSE. H doesn’t give merit…and it couldn’t have been need-based because H wouldn’t know the family’s situation at that point. (I think the GC is telling a tall tale)</p>
<p>If she’s not outright telling a tall tale, then she’s misremembering. Likely H started sending her mailings showing interest in having her apply. </p>
<p>But, she was not offered a full ride based on PSAT.</p>
