As you look at this list, are there any big misses for a full ride NM with a good CS program in warm climate? Thank you for your help!

The “top” choices would be Florida, UCF, and Alabama. UF is the top ranked school, UCF rolls out the red carpet, and Bama is 5 years so a masters can be completed.
