<p>YuppittTales - what you are saying is true, but the student had an invitation on the front page of their Blue Hen home when they clicked it they had not just a Congratulations, but a personalized Congratulations “name” and then information on choosing to attend a admitted students day. After they choose the date, they were given a confirmation again with “congratulations” and we can’t wait to congratulate you in person and details about the visit. Also, please print a copy for your records. I feel bad for any hopeful UD student to view all this and be denied or waitlisted. It is very unfortunate. Imagine telling all your friends and being so happy just to find out is was a very big mistake. Im sure each and everyone of these kids are going to be fine and have successful college careers, but I know this is not how they thought it would be. Not to mention they paid a $75 dollar application fee and were put through this!
UD should really take another look at these kids they were the ones extra anxious to attend UD and would most likely make wonderful students! They even found the link they weren’t supposed to touch :(</p>
