Most schools don’t require a deposit until you make the decision to matriculate.
So if the kid just decided to attend school A today…the deposit for school A would be sent in…today.
They are not pulling your strings about this.
You said you had other kids in college…surely you remember when you paid the enrollment deposit. It’s when you decide to…enroll.
