Unity ID

  • Generated automatically by OIT from your name.
  • Issued to
    • Undergraduate students in the wolfPAW system.
      NOTE: Unity ID is not the student-generated wolfPAW login.
    • Graduate students in their admission letter.
    • Employees in email from the Onboarding Center.
  • Also called Unity username, user ID, login ID.

I just called the help desk and they said that I was in the system but they hadn’t gotten me an ID yet because the one that I would’ve had (my initials) was taken and I’d probably get one tonight between 12am and 3am so to check in the morning. If anyone else hasn’t gotten an id yet it’s not a big deal because the system only runs for 3 hours and can’t do everyone

That’s what I was told because he said they recently admitted 12,000 students and they didn’t get out all the IDs yet.

Try and login in with the first letter of your first name. first letter of your middle and first 6 of your last name. Some are getting “No UnityID”, some are getting “You need to set up your security questions” some are able to get their ID and set up questions. The rumor (every year…it’s fun to go back and read…is: 1-no unityID = bad. Security questions…better, but still…login is good and if you see your AED you are golden. that’s to make a deposit.)

When I tried to login into my unity I.D it told me to set up my security questions. Also, I don’t have a with draw button

Last name starts with W. No withdrawal button. Yes to ability to add Application Updates. When I attempted to sign on I got a message saying “You must set up security questions before you are able to reset your password.” Then I received an email saying “An attempt to reset the password for your NC State Unity ID failed”

How are people able to set up their security questions?
