<p>how do you know a SAT score of 2050 isn’t in the top 10% of all applicants? It’s probably different every year and you don’t know the SAT scores of the incoming freshman class. So wait it out. You might have a good shot. 
Also, I don’t think ECs are considered for admittance into the honors program. Just academic record, SAT/ACT, and GPA.</p>
