<p>Is Canada considered as an international country?</p>
<p>I read that international students cannot apply to ED
and need a recommendation letter from the head of the school,
but my counselor did not mention anything.</p>
<p>Also, do I need Student Visa?</p>
<p>If anyone knows the answers, I’d really appreciate it.</p>
