<p>Yes, when you apply EE they will send you either three types of letters: a not likely, a possible, or a likely. If you get a likely you can basically be assured that you are going to get in. When you submit your application you submit it for the EE deadline, and it is evaluated early. Then you will get your official decision when the official decisions are available.</p>

<p>As for why people wouldn’t do EE, usually it’s because they don’t understand the process or they don’t want to send in their application early.</p>

<p>Mariposa, definitely include a resume. There is always a section dedicated to extra stuff, and copy and pasting a resume is a good choice to make. As for your sections, if you feel that an activity is very important then I would make it its own category. For the minor music stuff, like volunteer work, I would just arrange in the volunteer category. Your resume can help explain activities in more detail later.</p>
