Cook your favorite pasta al dente. Melt some butter with a healthy amount of garlic in the microwave. Drain the pasta and while hot, drizzle with a healthy amount of olive oil, then pour the butter/garlic mixture over the pasta and gently toss (you could add steamed veggies or fresh tomatoes and basil or artichokes - or whatever! Snip some fresh herbs on top. Serve with fresh or grated parm. YUM.
Also, this garlic herbed butter recipe - you can probably freeze some in small portions and pull it out when you want to use it!

There’s a wonderful recipe in PLENTY, caramelized garlic tart. It needs 3 heads of garlic. How much garlic did you buy? The caramelized garlic is really good. If I don’t feel like having a tart, I turn it into a dip.

One of my favorite recipes is a roasted chicken recipe that I got years ago in Yankee magazine. I have since lost it but do it from memory.
Mix about two tbsp of honey with two tbsp of lemon juice. Spread mixture over the chicken skin. Sprinkle about two tbsp of chopped garlic over the skin. It will stick because of the honey. Put about three tbsp of chopped garlic in the chicken cavity. Roast as long as you would normally roast a chicken. Yummy.
