The question is how to answer FAFSA question 74 correctly for the Freshman kid. Shall I just answer “1” or “2” as college student(s) in 2019 knowing full well that one of them is actually in a Master Degree program. If I put “2” down, is it legal? Is it ethical? Since “1” vs “2” will have major impact in EFC calculation for the Freshman kid.
