@MYOS1634 Yes. SSU campus is beautiful; quiet and is a preferred setting for my daughter and they said Music department is not impacted - so no scrambling for classes. Their music department facilities are brand new and I was blown away by their concert halls. UCSC is a beautiful campus too and we will know more about their music program this weekend when we visit them. But I checked the online information and they seem to have music faculties who come from prestigious schools like Manhattan School of Music, etc. On Yelp reviews, everyone mentioned about the rampant weed culture there, which is a big concern for us. I know it exists in every college in some form or shape; but UCSC seems to have a reputation on this. We will also know more about UC davis this weekend. Thanks.
