Well…here is your rub. You are not a U.S. citizen. I’m not sure what colleges you would be aiming to transfer to…but it’s likely you would not receive significant financial aid. Is cost a factor for you?
If you plan to transfer to start your second year of college, your high school record will be used. Since we don’t know what that has in it, it’s very hard to come up with some suggestions for you.
