I have a child at Geneseo, the plusses are that it is a lot like a small liberal arts college and you can get to know everyone. It is in the county seat of Livingston County, so all the county offices are there; you should ask if they have student internships, getting to know everyone in a small county can be a big step to higher government jobs. You really do need a car if you want to get an internship in Rochester which is 40 minutes away</p>
