Need SSAT insight (help me)

Ok thank you Tom you’ve been very helpful. It seems like if I take the SSAT the first time purchasing the bundle and I get a 75%, I don’t add on any of the schools codes so it doesn’t get sent. But if I take it the second time and get a 96% I can add on the codes of the schools and it will automatically be sent.

We sent all of the taken SSAT’s to the schools. I was told the schools pick the best score in each category of all the tests taken and that’s what they see your scores as. The national percentages don’t really figure in at that point.

The super scoring is done by the schools, if they so choose, not SSAT. With the web bundle you can choose which schools to send your scores to after you have reviewed your results.

Its best to not send any scores to any schools before receiving the score yourself. Once you achieve the score you like send that score only to the schools. It will cost a bit more, but you will be in control of the numbers. Schools say that they use the highest scores, but how can they not take the lower ones into account?

Yes, I agree. With the bundle you can discard and not send in the scores to your school if your not happy, and when you are happy you can send the scores in. I’m definetly going with that.

When I applied to Andover, they prefered having a 93rd percentile. I got a 98 and I did get in. IDK if this helps or not because I don’t know how Middlesex works. But I think your essays and transcripts matter more. Good luck!
