Need targets and safeties for compu sci [CA resident, 4.0 GPA, 1500 SAT 'superscore']

There are some excellent suggestions given on this poster’s chance me/match me thread. Their budget is $100,000 a year which would fund just about any college in this country.

Since this student has the UCs (all of them?)…would he be happy to attend one of those if the others don’t work out (but I think some will…)?
