Need to add one more match school...

I would suggest applying EA where he could which could then serve as safeties. Take a look at some schools with later due dates that can serve as safeties if the early schools don’t pan out and some reassessment becomes necessary. I agree with Chapman, Also look at the College of Santa Fe and Southern Methodist University.

Also like College of Charleston in South Carolina.

Second cptof~'s point re EA. If not already in the plan, definitely a stress reducer. And chances can certainly be stronger for those who go EA. Tulane has it, Santa Clara U does if he adds it… probably others.

A number of families at our high school are very big on Rhodes.

Hi Dizzimom – make sure you check the SAT subject test requirements at the UC’s – I believe the UC’s require 2 subject tests but don’t take Math I.

never mind! Didn’t notice your son is taking the Lit test in November.

Don’t know much about Chapman, but I am fairly certain that paying3tuitions - a frequent contributor to CC - has a child at Chapman. She may be able to give you the best info.

Anthro/Music/Media studies all strong at U of Arizona and a shot at merit $$ too.

How about Wake Forest? Emory would appear to be perhaps a reachy match, or maybe a low reach?
