<p>^^Actually, the $3500 rear projection tv was dead after two years of viewing, the main board burned up, right after the warranty had expired. It will cost me around $1000 to fix it, so I sold the TV to the repair man for $400, I took the $400 and went to Costco and bought a 36" Tube TV, a real down grade. But I was happy like a bird, because that tube tv lasted 8 years, until my move to this new house in 2011, just before the whole network turned into HD.</p>
<p>I swear that I will never chase the technology any more, every TV I buy will be at least two generations behind the latest. So is my computer, I am still writing in Windows XP to you! :)</p>
