<p>You may wish to try sending them an e-mail, since their office is unable to be reached right now due to the huge influx of fall semester beginning. That way you don’t have to be on hold forever and you will ultimately get SOME response. Ask your child if s/he ordered a yearbook & how much it was. My kid never ordered a yearbook & we never got a $45 charge that I can remember when he started USC.</p>
