I looked at last year’s thread, and unfortunately, I don’t think decisions are coming out till Friday. Even though it says end of February on the website, semifinalist announcements were March 3rd last year.

maybe letters are delayed because of the really bad storm going on? (in my area) but should we email over the weekend or wait until next week?
I imagine it is via email and the website says that they should have come by the end of February
