<p>No studying Aerospace Engg at a University does not require citizenship or SC. Working in an Aerospace Co, that has defense contracts will definitely require Security Clearance. Similarly studying Nuclear Engg also does not require citizenship. They don’t teach you anything that is confidential and not taught at Universities around the world.</p>
