I got into nyu shanghai with 64k efc but i applied tandon is it really worth it to go there, I wanted to go to nyu ny, is transferring possible??

Got into NYU!! 1470 SAT (other stats in previous message on this thread)
Got into LSC with first year at NYC.
Financial aid sucks however 
Need to submit an appeal. Wish me luck 
Had no apps which turned into summer and spring two day before the decisions.
Maybe Portal Astrology is really we just screwing around!!
