^ Me too. I’m applying to UCSD fo sho. But I’m thinking about applying to UCSB to see how much they give me $_$

i just got my final grades–4.0! i’m soo happy. (=

I feel like just applying to LA and Davis and cutting out Berkeley and SD entirely. They don’t seem like great campuses for undergrads.

What’s everyone’s major admit % at UCLA? (http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/Adm_tr/Tr_Prof09_mjr.htm)

I have 73.03% acceptance and 3.60 average GPA. My own GPA is only 3.47 though…

9.1%, 3.95 GPA average. Communication Studies= Murder. Even if I was qualified by the time of application, I’d still act as if I had no chance, because honestly, it’s a crapshoot. Is it too early to bust out the chance me questions? Haha.

31.23% for psychology and i find that hard to believe…>__<
3.9 gpa, going to get tap hopefully :D

21.08% for sociology
3.8 gpa

is this bad? lol :(

^
interesting! i didnt know psychology majors had more of a chance…lol

sucks does it not lol

psych major here, too!

lol im guessing my chances are worse than i thought…because no one said anything lol

^
dont worry! (: better than <10%! :D

less than symbol? lol

Hahah seriously! I’d love 20-30%; plus, you guys have great GPA’s, I’m sure you’ll get in.

THANK YOU MARTIN for those encouraging words…even if they werent directed towards me ;)

My only UCLA concern is a C in macroecon, but I’m putting Math as my backup major and I have all A’s in math classes so far.

Mine (& Erikuh’s) is 73.05% with the average admitted GPA of 3.47

and I have a 3.75 :D

lucky anthrooooo!!!lol

…and and and, there are only 3 prep for major courses, all which satisfy IGETC :)

Nows the time to switch, yall ;)

njoy, you’re fine! Honestly, I think out of everyone on this board, I’m probably the worst off :/

comm and econ (except math/econ) related majors are always a toss-up

i think down the road econ will be excluded from that tap list.
