<p>^I have plenty of “out NHS” hours… I need “in NHS” hours, which only come from very restricited specified activities that don’t give many hours… </p>

these “in NHS” hours can only come from certain specified activities… I volunteer every sunday for 4 hours so I have enough community service, but it’s just I need 3 hours that come from specified activities that involve other NHS members and usually benefits the school, which aren’t very many.</p>
