<p>I would suggest the number of hours be less than 168 because of sleep, travel time, eating, and other activities not directly associated with the church’s mission. For example, if you worked 10 hour days, I would put 80 hours. I think between 80-100 hours is a reasonable amount as an upper limit. This is only my opinion however, so please talk to others about what is best for you and do what makes sense for your situation. Good luck!</p>
