No Friday Classes at Pitt?

i’ve found that having 1 or 2 short friday classes (and most are short because they are mon-wed-fri 50 minute classes) is not bad at all, and if you have them earlier in the day you still start your weekend early and if they’re big lectures it’s not a big deal to miss them if you’re traveling home or something on a friday because you can get note from someone.

<p>True. For the past few years, I’ve had a few semesters where I finish early on Friday (2-3pm). And even if I went a little later (5-6pm) the professors are really good about letting you miss for travel and other reasons. Also, things rarely happen early on Fridays anyways, so other than being able to relax a little earlier, there isn’t much advantage to not having class Friday.</p>
