<p>You can take languages pass/fail. I’m not sure, though, how it works out in terms of language classes being 1.5 credits (with a .5 credit drill). You might or might not get the .5 credit to be pass/fail. But I think most people do pretty well in their language classes (if you intend to continue in the language, it’s not something you can or should half-ass), so wait and see how you do first semester.</p>
