<p>I think they also review applications for scholarship in the order they were submitted. I’m betting they got a lot of October ones and just haven’t seen yours yet. Also, I heard somewhere on here that they only review for scholarships once a week, so it can be a slow process. I applied in mid-September, and didn’t hear until early november, so I would give it some time.</p>
