<p>Yes mine shows that too! I had mine sent some time in Sept, but it hasn’t shown up online either. I emailed them some time ago (before the tracking portal closed and it’s open again) and they replied saying they’ll look into it (something vaguely along those lines). Unfortunately it’s still not showing up:( I’m international so I can’t call them but if you do, let me know! Thanks:)</p>
