<p>This is more delayed than I had planned on, and for the I apologize. However, I wanted to let you know that the man at the uniform replacement store (who also deals with footware) said that 09 WILL be issued a different boot than in years previous. He said he didn’t know exactly when this would take effect but that 09 would indeed get them. I hope that helps!</p>
