<p>Would someone please explain the nomination process? How many are there? What are the sources other than the house of represenatatives and senators? Is it different for each state or member of congress? If you don’t get one from one of your state reps, are there other ways to get them? If they nominate 10, who goes? How do they tell you? I’m just looking for a break down. Thanks.</p>
